The center of magic for the continent, Perdon is home to both the mages college in Annah and the "Wizard's Prison" Maloglash. All accomplished mages spend at least some time in Annah, and a very lucky few are invited to study with the Summerswood elves, who are considered the most gifted casters in all of Vaniya.
